Holistic Wellness Services (HWS) will accept returns within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. If the customer does not have a valid receipt, we will do the best to our ability to look up the transaction through our card processor statements or through our banking statements. HWS will accept returns for the following reasons:
1. Product is defective or damaged.
2. The customer purchased the wrong item and is looking to replace that item with an equal or greater item. Original product must not be open.
3. The product did not meet the customer expectations and those expectations are deemed reasonable by HWS.
Identification will be required to perform any return.
If a customer pays by cash and has a valid receipt, reason, and ID for the return, we will do our best to give a cash refund at that time or in-store credit will be offered of equal value. Products purchased at discounted prices cannot be returned for a greater value.
